SUINKWWC38 - April Showers Bring May Flowers

Good Morning! I hope everyone is having a good week so far. It's Wednesday, which means it's time for another WHACHADOIN' WEDNESDAY CHALLENGE at Storage Units, Ink & More. This week's challenge is to create a card with a flower theme. So, do you want to play along? If so, check out THIS post for more information. If you upload your creation to SCS, remember to use keyword SUINKWWC38.

For my challenge card this week, I used two Storage Units, Ink & More sets. The flower pot image is from the ALL THINGS GROW WITH LOVE set and the Happy Mother's Day sentiment is from the newly released set, THINKING OF MOTHER. I colored the flower pots in with Copic Markers and added yellow Twinkles to a few of the flowers. The cardstock colors are So Saffron and Real Red and the patterned paper is from the Twitterpated Collection by Imaginisce. I added some red and white gingham ribbon and a couple of red rhinestones to finish the card off. You can check out more challenge cards from the other design team members on the SUINK Blog. Thanks for stopping by and I hope everyone has a WONDERFUL day!

Very pretty Laura! I like the colors with that DP. I have to let you know that my 2 year old was looking over my shoulder when I was peeking at your card and he said: "pretty card mama" :)
