SUINKWWC46 - Get In Shape!

Good Evening! I hope everyone is having a good week so far. I'm sorry I'm late with my WWC post today. I've been home all day taking care of my five year old who's been sick since last night....:( It's Wednesday, which means it's time for another WHACHADOIN' WEDNESDAY CHALLENGE at Storage Units, Ink & More. This week's challenge is to make a card with a unique shape. Try to make something out of the ordinary; not a circle or top note die card. How about a ship, baby bottle, or whatever; just not square, rectangle, or even round. So, do you want to play along? If so, check out THIS post for more information. If you upload your creation to SCS, remember to use keyword SUINKWWC46.

For my challenge card this week I decided to make a onesie card. Thank you to Lauren Meader for her AWESOME tutorial on how to make these adorable cards. You can check it out HERE. The adorable fish image is from the Ocean Commotion set by Storage Units, Ink & More. The cardstock colors are Prism Intense Teal and Prism Classic Red and the patterned paper is from the My Mind's Eye Enchanting Collection. I colored the image in with Copic Markers and added Crystal Stickles to the fish's lips. Then, I pierced each scallop and then traced around them with a white gel pen and added silver rhinestones to look like snaps.

You can check out more challenge cards from the other design team members on the SUINK Blog. Thanks for stopping by and I hope everyone has a WONDERFUL evening!

This is a cute!! card. Are these regular size...? I've seen them around before, but wondered if they were normal card size or bigger somehow....maybe that's a lame question? Anyway - love that it's not all baby pastelly - great colors....really really fun!
