Good Morning! Hope everyone had a good weekend. There's nothing like one of
Taylor's weekly cupcake challenges to get me back into the swing of stamping. I had every intention of stamping last weekend, but the weekend just got away from me, which I'm sure a lot of you can relate to. I made this card for this week's challenge over on Taylor's blog, which you can view
here. I decided to make a regular A2 card, because I don't have any square envelopes...LOL! I've had this
Heidi Grace patterned paper for a while now and finally decided to cut it up. The cake stamp from Gina K's set,
How Sweet it is! goes perfectly with this paper. The cardstock colors are Tempting Turquoise and Pixie Pink. I colored in the image with Prismacolor Pencils and blended with Gamsol and a stump. I sponged around the image with Pixie Pink ink, added some
Liquid Applique for frosting, and some
Stardust Stickles for some bling. The turquoise grosgrain ribbon is from
Taylored Expressions. I hope everyone has a great Monday (if there is such a thing...LOL).
