Good Morning! I hope everyone is having a good (short) week so far. It's Wednesday, which means it's time for another WHACHADOIN' WEDNESDAY CHALLENGE at Storage Units, Ink & More. This week's challenge is to get out your summer themed stamps and summer colors and bring on the HEAT! So, do you want to play along? If so, check out THIS post for more information. For my challenge card this week, I didn't do very well in the "summer colors" department...LOL! However, SUMMER = ZOO for my family and I. My hubby and I make it a point to take our girls to the zoo at least once a summer. So, I used the Storage Units, Ink & More set; WELCOME TO THE ZOO. I colored the images in with Prismacolor Markers and cut them out with my Mega Curved Rectangle dies. The patterned paper is called Safari Trek by Reminisce. The leaves are from another piece of Reminisce patterned paper, called The Mighty Jungle. I cut them out and adhered and popped them up with dimensionals. I used my ticket corner punch, added brown brads to the corners, and some brown grosgrain ribbon to finish it off.

What a great kiddie card - or even for someone at the office - LOL Those leaves are a great touch too! Blogging 2 days in a row = = look at you go!!
